Cancellation Policy

I, the parent or legal guardian of the above-named participant, understand that participation in Ball2Life programs, events, practices, camps, and activities involves physical activity and inherent risks, including injury, illness, or accidents, and I voluntarily assume all such risks; I release, waive, and hold harmless Ball2Life, its organizers, coaches, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages related to my child’s participation, confirm that my child is physically able to participate, and agree to notify Ball2Life of any medical conditions or special needs; in the event of an emergency, I authorize Ball2Life staff to seek medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached and acknowledge responsibility for any medical expenses incurred; I also grant Ball2Life permission to photograph and record my child’s image and likeness for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes across all media platforms, with no compensation, and acknowledge that Ball2Life retains ownership of all media content, and I confirm that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
